The Leader-6800 is a series of ARM-9 based programmable I/O system for distributive monitoring and controls. It serves as an Ethernet-enabled Soft-logic controller including ladder diagram, intuitive C language and condition logic rule for I/O messaging with locally modular I/O capacity and Ethernet, RS-232 and RS-485 communication. One main CPU module features built-in ARM9-based processor with Windows CE operating system, and an additional proprietary local bus, which can be connected assembly up to 8 industrial I/O modules including digital I/O, analog I/O and special purpose I/O modules. It offers increased flexibility to customize your I/O to your exact needs, and resulting in smaller cabinet space over the fixed rack-based configuration.
Industrial Design on Wiring and Installation The Leader-6800 series consists of modular components that plugs them together and mount onto a DIN rail. Each modular component consists of a base unit and a main unit to form the modular I/O assembly. The base unit provides an I/O and power link between modular I/O and snaps onto the DIN rail. The main unit which packages the main circuitry plugs into an individual base unit and provides screw-terminal plug connector for I/O wiring which simplifies any expanding, reconfiguring, or repairing of the system.

Programmable I/O Controls with Wide Range I/O Support The Leader-6800 offers real-time, deterministic execution kernel on Windows CE O.S. It supports IEC 61131-3 programming language- Ladder Diagram, intuitive C language and condition logic rules for I/O messaging to meet your development needs. The programmable I/O series provides flexible I/O supports local real-time control with modular I/O and remote monitoring for all Modbus-compliant I/O devices.
Versatility Modbus Communication Network The Leader-6800 can simultaneously communicate with Ethernet port for Modbus/TCP client to retrieve I/O data form remote Modbus/TCP I/O device, and Modbus/TCP server to communicate with 3rd party HMI/SCADA package. In addition to Ethernet connectivity, the Leader-6800 also supports Modbus/RTU master and Modbus/RTU slave function via built-in serial port RS-232 and RS-485. Furthermore, it allows users to construct the own proprietary communication protocol by using our SDK coded in C language.
