Machine Features

  • Fully automatic, high speed coil winding for transformer or inductor.
  • Automatic wiring ending legs (0 deg; 45 deg; 90 deg; 135deg).
  • Coil diameter: 100mm-2mm.
  • Number of axes: 4-> 1st: spindle; other three: linear axes X Y Z.
  • Maximum speed: spindle: 9000rpm; linear axis: 15000mm/min.
  • Precision: spindle: 0.01deg; linear axis: 0.001mm.
  • Wire diameter: 0.01mm-3mm.
  • Optional peripherals: automatic feed, wire twisting, tension controls, vacuum excessive material.

Controls Features

  • Automatic winding calculation with end point being specified.
  • Simultaneous X Y Z and spindle axis interpolation.
  • Conversational and teaching type program editing, no memorizing motion (or G) codes necessary.
  • Alarm message display with self diagnosis.
  • Equipped with USB PORT to make program portable.
  • Working coordinate for compensating mechanical variances for applying same program among different machines.
  • Flat Panel Touch Screen Display.
